The user provides a certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as email and location (zip code) of the mobile device to Lease Exchange when choosing to participate in various uses of the Lease Exchange Service, such as registering as a user, communicating with other users and publishing your auto lease information. Location of the user device (zip code) can be manually changed by user.
